Olivia drew the face to this coloring page and was so proud of it. (i especially love the nose) she said she drew it to take to a man for him to buy it and then we can buy a piano...

very random.

i have no idea where we would put a piano right now but i would love one. i don't know how to play but i know she wants to learn. maybe i'll start looking for one. i'd love an old one.

we had an old one growing up and i adored it. not enough to take my piano lessons seriously, obviously, but I loved it nonetheless.

blurry Liam in attempts to catch his 'ewwww' face.

he is so funny. he is noticing more and more everyday. when he sees a commercial for food he thinks looks good he says 'mmm yummy'.

when it's gross (like the subways tuscan chicken sandwich commercial) he says 'ewwww' and kind of makes a gagging noise.

he also interacts with Dora. although i find her highly annoying, it's cute to see him mimic the hand gestures and try and repeat her in spanish.

yesterday we were looking through pictures from less then a year ago. he's changed so much already. it goes too fast!!! i am anxious for his hair to grow back out though. his shaggy hair was so cute! he's still so cute (of course) but there is something about those curls.

baby Faye had her 2mo check-up today so Liam went to grandma's and Olivia went with me.

first we went to starbucks...



she got her chai frap. she was so excited to go into starbucks and sit down. life has been a little crazy to do that so that was nice. she even got a 'special' sample treat that she thought was just the best thing ever.

then we went to target...



this is some of what we found. so cute!

baby faye's appointment went well. she is only 12lbs 13oz. not over 14lbs like we thought from our home scale. she is wonderfully healthy. thankyou JESUS!

my favorite moment from today was Olivia writing a book for her grandparents' birthdays...

it was about them, her, and a sparkly castle.

the rest of our day was great, as well, because we celebrated my in-laws' birthdays. one was on the 12th and another is on the 21st so we kind of met in the middle.




Olivia is showing them the book she wrote for them. She is so proud!




we celebrated with sugar-free pudding pies as they are all on a candida diet. they weren't bad!




happy birthday to the greatest second parents a girl could ask for! love you both!

faye louise is...

2 months old already!

i cannot believe it... though she has been the size of a two month old for about a month now! i think she's slowing down a bit. clothes are fitting her longer then a week.

she is super sweet. she sleeps 7-8hrs a night. she's really smiley. i just love her so much. she makes me slow down and enjoy life and saves my sanity when my other children are trying (very hard) to put me in the looney bin.

she is also causing me to be super emotional over how fast time goes by and how fast they all grow. my oldest is very aware of how i'm feeling... probably because i keep asking why she has to grow up. she finally told me that i'm gonna have to 'just get over it'.

we finally decided that the reason they grow so fast is because i love them so much.
i'm satisfied with that...

but why???
