I'm crazy....

for home design! especially for kitchen design right now.

I follow lots of design blogs and save lots and lots of pictures of things that I like. when the time comes to do a room in our house I add a little bit of this and a little bit of that from my favorite pictures saved.

so far I've loved the results.

after a little break from it (because of having a baby) I'm ready to get back to it.

we won't do anything more with our kitchen right now because we plan to add on and make our's much bigger. for now I'm gathering ideas and pictures.

I love open shelving, wooden counters, subway tile, white washed wood floors, and large old dining tables...
