Anyways! Before our date we put the older two kids to bed and set Faye in her swing while we cleaned up the house a bit. (which makes a great start to my week) By the time we were done, Faye had fallen asleep.
Rule #1 - no children (a sleeping one in the same room counts... right?)
And so our date began...
I chose wii bowling...
We love bowling and though it's not the real thing, it's the next best thing!
We played 3 games while listening to Erin McCarly and engaging in some very deep conversation. Just like we use to!
Even though it was only an hour, it really felt like a real date! We both had a lot of fun re-connecting.
It was a great experience for date #1 and a wonderful ease into dating eachother at home.
We cannot wait for Friday night's date!
